Beards Launches its Online Aftersales Tracking Service

Beards launch a new platform to track your in-house watch and jewellery repairs

Beards are delighted to announce what we believe is a first for a UK Jewellery and watch retailer.

We have always tried to be transparent and communicate well with clients whilst making our services helpful, convenient and to surpass expectations.

Aftersales, repairs and all forms of jewellery and watch alterations have always been as important as sales to us. It is an unfortunate fact that sometimes items require servicing or repair and this normally is something that can take the glimmer off that special purchase, with that in mind we always try to make the aftersales experience as good as the purchase.

We have 3 fulltime goldsmiths, a full time watchmaker with 2 full time support staff above the showroom; all dedicated to our clients, who are amongst the best in the industry. Combined with a state of the art workshop on-site at our Cheltenham showroom (for both jewellery and watches), we feel we are able to support our clients far beyond most retailers.

We are pleased that in the last week we are launching our new online repairs and aftersales platform.

The new system can be accessed only by existing Beards clients and we ask that to gain access you email or write to us with your address and contact details requesting your access information. Your personal account consists of a unique account number and specific postcode. This will only be issued to the person named on the account and for obvious reasons we ask that you keep your details safe where no one else can have access to it.

Clients with repairs currently in progress will be sent details of their log in information automatically.

Once you are in the platform, you will be able to view any items you currently have with us for repair or alteration. You can also view images of the item as it was left with us, how and when updates happen to your repair along with a whole host of additional features.

We always welcome any suggestions to improve the system to make it better for you, please do let us know if you feel we can add on any features that you would like to see.
