These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase made online, by phone, or in-store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and email you if an update affects an open order. - Eligibility to purchase
You must be 18+ to buy from us. Prices are shown in GBP and we accept payment in GBP only.
UK next-working-day delivery is available on eligible items; cut-off details appear below. International customers are welcome; delivery times vary. If you request delivery to an address different from your billing address, we may carry out extra checks or deliver to the billing address instead. - Pricing and payment
Prices include UK VAT unless stated. Delivery charges may apply based on basket value and destination.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. All transactions are subject to authorisation. We dispatch goods after full payment clears.
Split payment: for orders over £500, we can accept a 50/50 split across two cards via our website only. The second payment must be completed within 24 hours of the first or we’ll cancel and refund to the original card (refund clearing times vary by provider, see our refund policy for details). Using part-payment means you accept the extra terms shown on that product page.
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price or with multiple conflicting promotions. - Delivery
UK: orders under £100 ship for £8; orders £100+ include free express delivery (1–2 working days). “In stock, next day delivery” applies to UK orders placed by 2pm GMT. Saturday delivery isn’t guaranteed. We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
International: timelines and costs vary by country and order value. Import duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Lead times: personalised items, ring sizing, limited-availability pieces, or special orders may take longer. If we can’t meet the stated timeframe, we’ll contact you to discuss options or cancellation.
If we haven’t delivered within 30 days of the communicated date, you can cancel and receive a refund.
On delivery, please check the parcel before signing. If a damaged parcel is signed for, we may not be able to refund or replace it. - Finance (0% and interest-bearing)
Finance is available on loans from £1,000 to £20,000 through Novuna Personal Finance (formerly Hitachi). Terms from 6 to 60 months are available subject to status. Deposits are taken after your finance application completes.
Finance can’t be used with discounts or reduced prices. Finance orders must ship to your billing address. We may delay dispatch while we complete security checks. We may cancel an approved application within seven days where a risk is identified. Standard Beards terms also apply. - Special orders for watches and jewellery
If an item is out of stock, we can place a special order with the brand. Timelines come from the brand and can change. We’ll share the most accurate estimate available and keep you updated. The final price is the RRP at the time we receive the item from the brand. Deposits for special orders are non-refundable. - Order cancellation, returns, and exchanges (distance sales)
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel under UK distance-selling rules (exclusions apply). Earrings (hygiene), bespoke or personalised items, and gift cards are not eligible unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Return by post or in-store within 14 days; international returns must arrive within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original packaging, with tags and protective films intact, and include proof of purchase.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of despatch. If you exchange after day 14, the exchanged item isn’t refundable unless faulty.
Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection. Click & Collect follows our in-store returns policy. - Returning your item
Use a tracked, insured service (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK). Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Please inspect goods on receipt and tell us within 30 days if you find a defect. If the product was damaged before delivery or is faulty (not due to wear, misuse, or accident), we’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover reasonable return postage or provide a pre-paid label. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. - Liability
We’re liable for losses caused by our breach up to the purchase price and foreseeable losses only. We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, loss of profit, data, or business interruption) or delays caused by events beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, industrial action, or failures in third-party networks). - Website use and security
Use of www.beards.co.uk is for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may suspend or change the site at any time. Keep login credentials confidential; you’re responsible for their safekeeping. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted access. Please use antivirus software and safe browsing practices. - Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logos, designs, code, and media) belongs to Beards or our licensors. You may print a single copy of pages for personal use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission. We monitor and enforce our IP rights. - Links and linking policy
External links are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content or policies. Do not link to our site without written consent. Framing, deep-linking, scraping, or harvesting prices is prohibited. - Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase. They can’t be exchanged for cash or used on items below the card value.
Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order. Codes aren’t valid on gift cards, services, or repairs/aftersales. Reduced items can’t be combined with other offers. We may withdraw promotions at any time. - Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may raise proceedings in their local courts. - Contact us
