If your order from Beards Jewellers isn’t 100% right, just let us know. We’re here to make things easy. Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days.
If you decide to exchange an item after the 14-day refund period, please note that refunds are not available on those exchanged goods unless the product is faulty. Bespoke pieces, personalised items, and gift cards are non-returnable, except in the rare case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please ensure all items are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and protective film intact. Items adjusted or altered by third parties are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to protect your item in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed promptly, usually within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Undamaged and correctly returned goods will be refunded to your original payment method.

Faulty Goods
