Our online booking service provides you with a convenient way to request a repair.

Our online repair booking service provides you with the confidence of using an authorized repairs service without the need to visit a Beards showroom.

How does it work?

Step 1: Complete the form below

Step 2: Within 2 days you'll receive an insured envelope to send your item

Step 3: Pop your parcel in the post

Step 4: We'll take care of the rest.

Your items will be booked in and photographed and we will keep you updated as to any repairs required. Once your repair has been completed, we'll arrange for their safe return.

Once we have received your parcel, we will be in touch to confirm all necessary work. Should you not wish to have the work carried out, there will be a £35.00 charge and we will return your item to you.
